Chase Credit Card Executive Office
Hi Wilmer,
Lest we forget. Just celebrated our anniversary, among others, July 13, 2024.
May 13, 2024-$51.34 (adds to 13🤣🤣)
June 13, 2024-$46.47
July 13, 2024-Unpaid balance $46.47
A funny thing happened on June 13; the $46.47 charge was reduced from $51.34 to $4.87. What happened? I never received a 'corrected' statement. Is it possible you credited the identical amount $51.34(1.000,000 to 1) in May AND in June? Why yes, yes it is, according to William of Ockham.
In your non-denial denial: An automatic payment of $51.34 posted June 13, 2024 for your May 2024 statement balance. An automatic payment of $51.34. also posted May 13, 2024. You'll find that in your CHASE RESOLUTION.
Sadly, this is the last thing on my bucket list. I'm sending this to several civil attorneys; hoping to get an admission from you and a request to Transunion, Experian, and Equifax to expunge "major derogatory account'; destroyed my credit rating (822 to 622).
As always,
PM
