He then invited every legislator to join his administration in reaffirming what he called a fundamental principle: “The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens,” urging those who agreed to stand and show their support’. Or for the right of children not to be physically and mentally abused. Or for a hostage freed and reunited with his family. Or for passing a law to keep kids from being killed by illiterate illegal alien truck drivers. Or for the core foundational principle of all civilization that government must serve citizens not foreign invaders’.
DJT then reminded those unfamiliar with tariffs, including the 5 ‘Supremes’ who showed up: They were the country’s main source of income. In 1894, Congress passed the Wilson-Gorman Tariff Act, which lowered tariff rates and established a permanent federal income tax. The reasoning: Let’s make the peasants put some skin in the game.
Some estimated the Democrats gave the NRCC $1,000,000,000 of campaign ads. Can’t support Americans over illegal aliens-Americans cannot support you. 2026 will be a preview of 2028. Perhaps all that will be left are the Republican and Independent parties.
